Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, Eagle Klaw Company, Inc. guarantees to the purchaser of Eagle Klaw products that they will not break or tear under normal usage during the life of the motor vehicle and car floor mats in which they are installed.
This warranty shall not apply to Eagle Klaw products that have been removed from the first place of installation in the original vehicle and floor mats.This warranty applies only to those parts that are correctly installed in the vehicle and car mats for which they were intended.
Eagle Klaw products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal installation and use during warranty period.
This warranty does not cover sharpening, normal wear and tear, damages to the product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use that doesn’t comply with the instructions provided by Eagle Klaw Company.
The exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of a damaged part only, if approved at the sole discretion of Eagle Klaw Company. Customer must submit a Warranty Claim Form with an image of a defective/broken part if available. We will contact you via e-mail with further instructions. Once approved, send the defective/broken part(s) back to Eagle Klaw Company as instructed in our Return Policy. There will be no cost for replacement part(s). You will be responsible for Shipping and Handling costs.
The foregoing is the only express warranty made by Eagle Klaw Company and is limited to the duration of this warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. LABOR CHARGES, INJURIES, OR ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION AND USE ARE EXCLUDED. ANY VEHICLE COMPONENT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF EAGLE KLAW COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE ARE EXCLUDED. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum of one hundred dollars.
